Remodeling Plumbing Services
Remodeling your home is a time-consuming and expensive task. However, when doing so it's important to remember your home's pipes and fixtures. While a new coat of paint or new floors shows beauty, a plumbing remodel will allow greater flexibility and better function.
Adjusting Fixtures and Pipes
Water fixtures are often found in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry rooms. Even though there are not usually water fixtures in certain rooms like the bedroom, an extensive pipe system runs through your home to deliver and remove water. These pipes go through the walls, ceiling, and maybe even in the foundation of your home. Remodeling these pipes would include reworking the routing of the pipes through different rooms, adjusting fixtures, removing walls, or creating a new pathway into and out of a new room.
Adding New Water Features
One reason you may be doing a remodel is to add a water feature to your home. Water features include things like a wet bar, new bathroom, or walk-in shower. A plumber is needed to provide water to these new features.
Water Feature Replacement
For some, the current pipes and fixtures will suffice for a remodel. Check with your plumber to be sure that your pipes are free of rust and still viable to use. You may still need a plumber to help replace fixtures like toilets, faucets, showerheads, and sinks. During the remodel you may opt for more attractive features or low-flow fixtures to conserve water.
